Personal training has become one of the most recognized forms in helping individuals get into shape. Whether you're looking to become a male fitness model, natural bodybuilder or just get into shape, a personal trainer can help you achieve your goal. Unfortunately, many personal trainers can do more harm than good. Some personal trainers today do not have the hands on knowledge to teach correct form. This is what I believe is the most important thing in Fitness. Whether you are using machines or free weights, it is crucial that you learn correct form. I see it time and time again, during exercise people injuring their shoulders, backs, knees, etc. This is all due to improper form as well as an imbalance in the body caused by poor posture.
I have been in the fitness and bodybuilding industry for over a decade, and have been training for almost 15 years. Along the way I have taught fitness, bodybuilding and nutrition to adults and children all over the world, as well as becoming a successful male fitness, I have been working in what I like to call my "personal one-on-one body and mind developing" personal training.
